Central Oversight and Governance
The church governance rests with the Local Church Council (LCC) who are the elders, guided by Scriptures and the AIC Kenya Constitution. The LCC working with the Pastorate provides oversight, direction and support for the effective implementation of the AICNR 2025-2035 Strategic Plan.
Spiritual leadership is provided by the Senior Pastor, working together with Pastorate Team. They provide doctrinal guidance and pastoral care, aimed at equipping the congregation to grow in unity, mature spiritually and be effective in their mission work in line with Ephesians 4:11–13 and the precedent in Acts 15.
